“Best boss I ever had” within a “Great Place to Work”
I’ve never been ‘typical’.
I founded The PMO Architect because I saw a recurring gap: too many organizations treat Project Managers as task admins, and their PMO as simply reporting, task tracking, or administrative oversight. That may create visibility, but it rarely creates trust, alignment, or lasting business value – and it deeply devalues the impact a strong project manager can deliver. I work with individuals and companies that need more than project oversight. They need architecture, execution support, and a better way to connect strategy to action.
With 26 years of experience across high-tech, manufacturing, software, and semiconductors around the world, I’ve learned that every operating environment has its own complexity — but the fundamentals of strong execution are consistent. I’ve worked in settings where precision matters, where scale matters, and where change needs to happen quickly without losing sight of the people carrying it out. I’ve also converted a PMO from a cost center into a $5M ARR revenue line in just three years, which shaped how I think about the role of PMO forever. When designed well, PMO is not overhead. It is a strategic business capability.
I also believe the future of this work is still deeply human. Even in an AI-enabled world, people remain at the center. AI can improve speed, insight, and efficiency, but it does not replace judgment, trust, or leadership. My work keeps people first while using the best of modern tools and methods to help organizations make smarter decisions and execute with more clarity.
What Makes My Approach Different
What sets my approach apart is that I do not separate delivery from adoption, or process from people. I don’t believe in a PMO that only reports status, or in change management that arrives after the plan is already locked. I help organizations connect governance, prioritization, communication, execution, and adoption from the start so that transformation is more intentional and more likely to stick.
Where working with an individual looking to grow, or an organization needing transformation, I always start with a full assessment of your current state. I’ve used this approach across multiple roles and companies, and have refined my tools to give us the gaps and identify your goals quickly.
Supporting Individual PMO Leader Growth, Building Better Systems
Alongside organizational advisory, I also support individual PMs, PMO leaders, and emerging change leaders who want to grow beyond tactical delivery. My initial offerings include leadership and knowledge assessments designed to identify strengths, gaps, and opportunities for growth. From there, I provide coaching, workshops, and upskilling support in areas such as strategy, stakeholder leadership, change adoption, Lean Six Sigma, and practical AI fluency. My goal is to help strong professionals become even stronger strategic operators.
I work best with mid-market companies that need more than project management. They need PMO architecture. They need change execution. They need a trusted partner who can assess where they are, design what comes next, and help leadership build a function people actually rely on.
My individual work is designed for project and program leaders with experience – I’m not going to cover the PMP with you, I’m going to help you build your strategic muscles so you can grow your career into executive roles.
How I help
My offerings include PMO and change management diagnostic assessments, maturity and transformation roadmap reviews, individual leader assessments, coaching for PMO and change professionals, and workshops that build capability in strategy, adoption, Lean thinking, and AI-aware execution.
